They're extremely rude and ignorant. Not only that, but the prices are ridiculous. They charge more for sneakers that you can find in the villa on Penn. The all white Jordan 4s are 190 at villa and they have alot of sizes. At the plug there's only a size 9 and theyre 220. That's ridiculous.  Everything there is overpriced. Everything. Look online before you shop there. Do your research.

First and foremost, customer service is non existent with the plug. Even when they answer the phone (which is rare) you're greeted with a dull tone "the plug". That's it. There's no engagement what's so ever and every team member there acts rude. You would think that you caught an employee on a bad day, but it's every employee every day. Even the owner. But let's straw away from everyone not being so welcoming. Lets discuss prices. Its rare you'll find a good price. Everything is priced mad high for no reason.  Here's a good example. Right now they have a pair of all white ultraboost in there for 220. It retails for 180. Finish line has them on their site for 180. Foot locker has them for 180. But why pay 180 for a shoe that isn't sold out when you can go to the plug and meet an older dude who'll charge you a higher price. And their "deadstock'" shoes have scoffs and stains. Very minor but it's there. Don't try to sell me something for 300 that has yellowing and slight scuffs. You're better off traveling to Philly or Allentown for some sneakers. Or better yet, buy online. There's apps like the goat or stockx. Don't shop here. Not worth your money, time, or gas

Horrible service went in there to sell 4 pairs of jordans brand new (DS) also referred to and a pair of oxford tan yeezy 350 boosts. They offered me 75 for the jordan retros a piece and only 200 for the yeezys which is retail on them and they resale for 700-1000 in brand new condition. They market value on shoes is not up to far and i would not recommend shopping here as they like to make money off of the local people and aren't fair with pricing.

Best shopping experience of my life and not just sneakers I'm talking all time incredible staff , fantastic prices and amazing store set up if you ever get the chance to stop by its one hundred percent worth it !!!
