Solid basic accomodations for an affordable price. Perfect for us, as we only needed a bed and a bathroom. Some things aren't great, there's no way to adjust the AC temp in the room, there isn't a bath tub, only a shower, there was only one 3 prong outlet in our room, and the housekeeping comes too early and then doesn't come back a second time. All things considered, we'll probably stay here again.

Prior trips did not allow us to enjoy the beautiful Garden District, it was a selection based on other reviews and the beautiful Prytania Oaks Hotel did not disappoint.  We enjoyed a room with such charm and comfort.  Great location for easy access to all to enjoy in Garden District and beyond with ease of this great location.  Off the major drives, nestled for convenience and rest.

Nice quiet rooms just off St. Charles Street. Easy access to the trolley and plenty of great food nearby.

I booked this based off the previous reviews and I was not disappointed. It was in a great location. Very charming design and feel. Great staff! Breakfast was conveniently right outside by the patio. Parking included in cost!!!! Highly recommend

This is my favorite place to stay in New Orleans. I can walk everywhere. It is close to my favorite breakfast restaurant, too. Free parking! The rooms are all unique. It is quiet & safe.
