Relaxed and casual atmosphere. Our server was friendly and attentive. My wife had the French Dip sandwich. I had a sample and it was delicious, really good crunchy baguette and a generous amount of sliced beef. I had a bowl of French Onion soup which was totally amazing. Flavorful broth, caramelized onions. I had the Pub Burger I found it to be a juicy flavored burger. It came with fresh cut fries. I would definitely recommend and will be returning
Awesome place for casual dining! Their outdoor seating is awesome and the food is very good. Had the spicy chicken sandbag and it was amazing!
We had a lot of fun here with friends! The place was PACKED! Our drinks came quickly, our food correct to order and we even let our server pick an entree just for fun! I always love doing that! The expression on some servers face when you ask them to just surprise you is priceless!Food: 5/5
It's ok. The fries, burgers, sandwiches are lacking in some good flavors like maybe more salt or sauces. The mixed drinks and lagers on tap are good. Service is hit or miss and while the atmosphere is good, I noticed a chaotic environment among the employees in a rather unbusy day. But the food is worth the price and its relaxing. Not my first choice but a solid choice.
First time here, great service and atmosphere...the food, of course, as you can see in the picture was great. I got the Roasted Turkey & Bacon Melt w/Gouda and Spinach which was a nice big portion size but very good. Their seasoned chips comes with the sandwich and were good, just a little bit too salty. I will visit this place again for sure!!! Parking: The main road in Oakmont was packed with traffic and the lot to park was packed so it was a bit difficult trying to find a parking spot.
This was my 1st time & it was scrumptious & fun. I met a dear friend & her husband I had a gingerita delish...the brussel sprouts were yummo the blue shrimp incredible... definitely not your average pub food. I met a lovely man Pauly Nutz who had a recent sadness. I really had a great Friday night & will get back again for sure. Sidebar: To the woman who was badgering her terrified son as I was walking in... Remember you are teaching him how to treat you & others in the future. I don't know you. You have my name now. Please let me know how entitled you think you are. I will turn you into CYS or whatever they have changed their name to in half a heart beat. Just because you can't see the bruises, they are there .
Atmosphere and service were fantastic. The food was hit or miss. I had the black and blue shrimp and the wings. The shrimp were fantastic. I'd easily come back just for those. The wings were huge, juicy and well fried but they lacked seasoning. Once I asked for old bay and hot sauce they were much better.Food: 3/5
Pretty good pizza and food in general. They are efficient in making the food. The atmosphere in here is awesome! I'd definitely recommend this as a place to relax and watch a game if you'd like something a bit classier than average. The place is new, too, and you can even see the wood-fired pizza area. I tried the Bianca pizza and the fried dough dessert. The Bianca pizza was okay, but honestly not that great. There was a somewhat strange burnt flavor to the cheese, almost like onion? The size of the pie was on the smaller side as well, especially considering a personal pie is the size of a medium elsewhere like Leone's. There's also quite a lot of ricotta on this pizza. Thats a plus for me, but it may be excessive to most. There is also a lot of parsley/cilantro/some herb in the ricotta that detracted from its flavor. Fair amount of tomatoes included. Crust was decently thin. The fried dough dessert was awesome, though! The portion was generous. It's not just fried dough: you also get some fruit blueberries and strawberries as well as an incredible cream cheese mouse. It doesn't really taste like cream cheese; more like a custard of sort. The dough was coated in an adequate amount of cinnamon sugar. Very good, and highly recommend. All in all, I may be back. The dessert was stellar and this place has a great atmosphere, cleanliness, and modern as well as classy feel to it. However, if you're looking for amazing pizza, this is not the #1 option in the area.
We've actually been here twice now. The place is good, nothing really to write home about. The ribs were good but lacked a little something, maybe a little salt. The vibe here was good. We ate at the bar and had the same bartender both times who was very nice. Actually I think it was her that had us coming back a second time and not the food. Overall, its a decent place to eat, it's just not our style. Friendly people and a good meal overall.
Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday at noon. We were seated promptly inside by a very pleasant host and were greeted by our server, Jennifer, with a bright smile and upbeat vibe that was very welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed with an open view of the kitchen and fired oven . Both indoor and outdoor fresco seating were available. Our orders were taken, and we selected both lobster bisque and french onion soups. Our lunch selections three of us were the chicken salad sandwich, which was very flavorful packed with chicken and cranberries with lettuce and tomatoes on wheat. Next was the half order of Cesar salad with fried egg, which was top notch. The final selection was the special chicken enchilada pasta, which we were told spicy which my son preferred was absent of spice and lacking flavor, even though the pasta was cooked perfectly. Taste was similar to pasta with butter and garlic. The chicken breast was presented in one piece, while other guest tables had the chicken sliced. Chicken was cooked perfectly but lacking that enchilada spice. To finish, the Creme Brulee was a home run reported by one family member. Loaded with vanilla bean custard topped with that toasted sugar crust was for her, the best ever! Highly recommend this spot for casual drinks, relaxing atmosphere, great food, and friendly smiling Jennifer servers.
