Despite the fact that I'm a city slicker that doesn't know the first thing about wells, pumps, switches or compression tanks, the guys at the pump shop were extremely helpful in helping me with my frozen line issue, including troubleshooting it for me, helping me better understand my system, it's parts and how it functions, as well as giving me tips on how to prevent future problems.  Great service overall from Charlene and Les in the office, and Jamie and Mitch on site.  They even gave me some tips on where to ride my dirtbike in the area :)

No matter how foolish I think my question is the pump shop makes sure I walk away with a better understanding. I feel better about everything from how to treat my pool to water filtering and softening options. 

They say good help is hard to find- well I found something special here. 

They also have great water filling stations that lets you clean your jugs before you refill.
