The Puppy Pantry

I love the store however I took my 13 week old puppy to get groomed for the first time and the groomer talked to me across the store with other customers treating me like I don’t take care of my dog because her fur was a little matted. We take great care of her and brush her every day.

Excellent selection of high quality pet foods, toys and supplies. Store is always immaculately clean, and staff are extremely friendly. The Puppy Pantry carries food selections not available in the larger pet stores or department stores, and is one of the few local stores who carry the brand of dog food we feed our dogs.

I can wash and groom my dog here for 10.00! No need to get our bathroom dirty, they even provide shampoo, dryers, and all that jazz!!! I take towels, brushes, our shampoo is medicated so I take that too! Can put my poochie on the fancy table and trim his hair! It's great! Afterwards a new toy or treat! Yes!

The owner of this store is extremely rude and the prices here are much higher than other stores in the area. I bought a bag of frozen food for my dog here and then later bought the same bag from Pooch N Paws in Suwanee and there was a huge difference in price. The owner is unprofessional and sneaky. If you ask a question on the Facebook page they will block you from commenting again. If you are looking to support a small business and still buy high quality food for your dog go to Pooch N Paws in Suwanne (they are the absolute best). I don't mind driving a little further for excellent customer service and many more products to choose from. I live right by this store and will not buy from them anymore.
