Giving four stars not five because the apartments are a little run-down. Overall though personal in the office are great and always willing to help me. The hot tubs are great, and price is very affordable. If I weren't moving out of state I would definitely resign.

Since the property management has changed over the summer, things have gotten much better. I don't need a lot done maintenance wise, but when I do call for their help they get to it as fast as they can. I also don't need to ask for a specific person anymore because they all do a great job and aren't rude. The office employees are courteous in person and on the phone which has been a pleasant change as well. I love the location of this place and the apartments are a lot nicer than one would expect from college housing. All in all, I definitely recommend this place to anyone now!

These are really great apartments! The best part is the price and they come with everything you need including a gym which is very convenient especially in the winter. The team is super helpful and nice and they're very good about service requests.

I have lived here for a little over 3 years now, and have never had any major issues. New management and better team of staff has made things a lot better, staff is kind over the phone and in the office, maintenance requests get handled in a reasonable amount of time, and communication with all residents via email definitely helps. Apartments are clean as long as you keep them that way and the cheapest rent in town with all amenities and location close to campus.

Good for the price. Definitely signing for a second year. Have taken care of all needs in a timely manner.
