The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock and the staff there will always hold a special place in my heart . This past year I  found myself at a terrible place in life. I really had no hope for me or my family. I had struggled with alcoholism myself for 30 + years and had two sons in their twenties who I was watching die in addiction themselves. I went for treatment in December. Dove Tree was a sanctuary and a top notch treatment experience that helped me begin a journey of hope and recovery . Since then both of my boys have had a chance at recovery . Dove Tree reached out to my youngest son even after his 30 day stay and supported us through a very difficult time giving him another chance and both of us hope . I cannot say enough good things about the caring, skilled professionals at Dove Tree that save lives and restore hope each and every day .

The Ranch at Dove Tree was a life saver for me. Id hit bottom and had no answers. The entire experience was a Godsend. The staff was exceptional. I was treated with respect and given the tools to live the rest of my life sober. Ill be forever grateful.

This facility is not the place that will help you recover from your addiction. The staff was completely ignorant to the fact that patients were hiding their medications under their tongues and then sharing these medications with other patients. One of the patients actually had xanax bars smuggled in in his coffee that was sent to him. Patients engaging in sex behind the counselors offices. If you want you or your family member to recover from a serious addiction, this place is not it! When I addressed these issues with the office administrator she did nothing. I left this facility after only 3 days, great decision to not waste $30,000 for a place not dedicated to true recovery

Dove tree is a phenomenal place to recover from any kind of addiction. The facility is extremely luxurious but it's the staff that makes it a special place. Almost every staff member is either in recovery or has a family member that is in active addiction or recovery. There are also students from the center of addiction at Texas Tech University that work at dove tree...as a college student I found that really comforting. The counselors are not overloaded with work. I loved that I could meet with my counselor or any staff member as often as I needed. The curriculum covers everything that one is faced with on a day to day basis. This is the best place to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually! The 12 steps and my relationship with my higher power, both attained at dove tree, have been vital to my recovery. I would send any and all loved ones to this place! It is truly a gem.

Worst experience of my life..the staff is very unprofessional.. the counselors  only see you twice a week.. the rest of the time you spend sitting in a circle with the same people.. the only help I recieved from being inpatient there was the 30 days of forced sobriety.. and that cost over $20,000... I wish I would have taken the time to look into other facilities... can't stress how bad of taste this left in my mouth..
