Meet Jim Weix:

James Weix, President, and Broker began his real estate career in Wisconsin as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He specialized in investment real estate, both as a Broker Associate for an internationally affiliated commercial firm and as an owner of residential and commercial rental real estate.

Upon moving to Florida and becoming a South Florida Real Estate Agent, he created The Real Estate Company - Treasure Coast, Inc.
James Weix recognized that today's Buyers and Sellers are better educated, and thanks to computers, better informed than at anytime in the history of the United States. Jim realized that today's Buyers and Sellers needed to be given a choice of which services that they wanted from their South Florida Real Estate Agent and which services they wanted to pay for.

With that philosophy, The Real Estate Company, Inc., which immediately was more successful than even Jim had even dreamed of. Within 2 months, Jim became an influential South Florida Real Estate Agent and had more business than he could handle, and began taking on agents.


Jim's "consumer friendly" style of real estate enables him to match his services and fees with the needs of both the Buyer and Seller. This has enabled him to meet the needs of home builders, investors, Sellers, and Buyers.
