My dealings with this place were horrible from start to finish. Firstly the agent lied out right about the condition and price of the home then tried to deny the evidence I presented. Several real estate business practices and laws were breached in this process. I was forced to go into an agreement that I was not ready to through manipulative sales pressure techniques and presented with an agreement which my bank said was fraudulent. I was then threatened that if I did not go through with the deal that I would be sued when the contact was based on lies. Awful place to deal with.
