While in Phoenix for work I contacted The Recharge Center about getting meals for the week. I hadn't ordered ahead of time but they were still able to accommodate and they were delicious!! It's really difficult to find good food while traveling. The Recharge Center provided the fuel I needed at a very reasonable price. And the staff was awesome!

I highly recommend TRC they have very tasty, and healthy meals Kyle is such a awesome dude honestly goes beyond expectations to help you out I was ordering before from Factor, and Flex pro, and I can honestly say that TRC is a much better option for meal prep service felt like I was eating tv dinners when I was ordering from the other 2 company's I proud to say I support local business like Kyle's especially a dude that has the world record for the most Chemo, and biggest biceps  in the business  so don't think twice reach out to the TRC Kyle will definitely take care of you.

This is hands down the best meal prep-service I’ve ever used. As a former IFBB and NPC competitor I’ve used a lot, but the recharge center beats them all hands down. On a scale of 1-10 I rate the flavor of the meals an 11, quality and freshness also an 11. Fresh never frozen meals made from organic ingredients with love. I’d give this place 20 stars if I could.

There isn't a better place in the West Valley to get high quality meal prep. If you're serious about fitness then it's likely that hitting your macros is a daily habit.
