Employment disputes can be extremely difficult to handle emotionally, especially for long-term employees. KP was sympathetic to my situation, but presented a realistic outcome. He was understanding and listened to my rantings in a calm manner to diffuse what could have been a volatile situation. He was everything you would want a lawyer to be, a good listener but a sage adviser. I recommend KP highly.

The Reddy Law Firm, P.C. was not only professional and loyal but was extremely helpful. K.P. Reddy was recommended to me highly from a successful lawyer in the D.C. area. Mr. Reddy definitely went the extra mile in both getting the preferred outcome in the case and helping guide me through the various options given to me throughout the case.

I had a very difficult case against a county employer.  K.P. Reddy talked me through the entire process and never led me astray.   He was straight forward, professional, and accomplished exactly what I was hoping for.  He also was fantastic during the depositions.  Had a witness against me crying and admitting that she lied.  I can not recommend him strongly enough.  Great Lawyer!!
