My 13 year old daughter wanted a drastic change in her hair, and we chose this place. Shelly was our stylist. She was amazing from the get go! She was kind and friendly, engaging in small talk with both myself and my daughter. She was also very patient in explaining why the original cut that my daughter wanted, how it wouldn't work with my daughter's thick hair and the upkeep of the style. Shelly didn't make us feel rushed, and made sure that my daughter loved her hair before she ever got up from the seat. We were both very pleased, and will most definitely be back!

Thrilled with my cut and color. Truesdee knew exactly what to do and how to do it perfectly. I already have my return appt set. I've found my new stylist and I couldn't be more happy.

Twice I have been here and the deep tissue massage was so relaxing almost fell asleep.Try it out Kishelle will give you the best professional service ever.
The other staff too are awesome.

Purchased a eyebrow micro blading package for my wife. 

Unfortunately it has not been performed correctly and we now have to find a resolution.

Update: while the treatment didn't work for us management was accomodating and helped work through it with us.

Locked the door as I walked up and pretended I wasn't there. This was 3 hours before they were supposed to close.
