Customer Service is outstanding.  Jordan is very straight forward.  He does pressure you.  Staff is kind and considerate of the customers needs.  I had new gutters installed (by a subcontractor) that Roof Medic uses.  Great service.  Great Product.  I contacted 8 different companies.  They are very price competitive.  I have already recommended them to others.

Customers are delighted when a business provides convenience, a high quality product, and excellent advice.  Roof Medic exceeded expectations on all three fronts.  They installed a new roof on my home and suggested that I replace my white gutters and downspouts with black ones.  The house now stands out as the exemplary home in the neighborhood.  Unfortunately, the black downspouts violated one of my HOA codes. To help, Roof Medic agreed to replace the black downspouts at no cost!!  Throughout the whole process, they were patient with me and made the amount of work I had to do minimal.  They represent a truly customer-centric company.  Very thankful and lucky to transact with such a credible firm.

I highly recommend  Jordan and his crew at the Roof Medic.  They did an incredible job on my roof and were highly professional throughout the entire process from filing the claim to installing the roof. They completed job within two days, kept me updated and informed during every step of the process, and cleaned up beautifully.  They made getting a new roof installed on my home a great experience and the final product looks amazing!

I absolutely recommend Roof Medic and the entire team.   Jordan Cox, the Owner of Roof Medic, is an absolute professional!!   From the inspection of my roof, knowledge about roofs, discussion with the insurance company, quality of products, and finally to the repair and clean up, he and his entire team demonstrated excellence.  Never once did I doubt that what he said.  What he promises, he does!  I have never had an experience with a roof contractor that was so pleasant and clear.    I will never have my roof done by anyone else other than Roof Medic and as a prospective customer you shouldn’t either.   Jordan Cox at Roof Medic has high expectations for his employees and believe me I saw them deliver on it without any question.   If you want a professional and an outstanding job, you want to hire Roof Medic.

The Roof Medic was so helpful when it came to getting a new roof. Whether it was discussing the quality of shingles, to even choosing the colors! They were incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through every single detail of what needed to be done. Their work was prompt, professional and they didn’t leave any mess behind! I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs.
