Wow what an experience. The food was amazing. Some of the best I have eaten. The service was awesome. Our waitress was amazing. Will definitely bring going back. The price was high but worth it . Especially if you are trying to have a romantic night out. The setting was perfect.Food: 5/5

Initially it seemed like great choice but as we progressed it was a struggle. The 2 servers we had were great individually but our order got screwed up. All the steaks came out over cooked from rare = medium to medium = well done. The sides were great, but desserts was wrong and we ended up just taking them so they servers didn’t get hit. Definitely not sure I would give a second chance but maybe in a smaller group. We could have sent food back but we were there for fellowship and that is what mattered to us. For the money it was not worth it.

My wife and I ate here for the first time in maybe at least a year!! Our last visit wasn’t their best but we wanted to try Royal Scam out again and it was great and the best dinner date we’ve had there!! The drinks taste perfect!! The shrimp appetizers were something different and were very yummy!! Best crab cakes I’ve ever had in my life!! And our server was super friendly and attentive!! Service and food was excellent!!

Set option menu for NYE.  Crab cakes were delicious.  Lobster Bisque was off to what I was expecting, an ingredient caused it to be not to my preference. Pan Seared scallops were great. The Hummus served and creamed Kale were not to my taste.  My dining partner liked both the Hummus and creamed Kale.

Gumbo was delicious, and the crab cakes were very well done. The bartender was attentive and had a good vibe about him. The restaurant was small and quickly became packed so get a reservation. Plenty of space at the bar it you are going solo. Solid food not overly pricey and done very well thank you!Food: 4/5

My husband & I went for Valentine’s Day & had their limited special menu. It was amazing! Great atmosphere, delicious food & wonderful service from Kelly. We will definitely be back Food: 5/5

Update: Food is still going strong. The filet was tender and the service was great. The food came out quick and the place was pretty packed.  The only scam about this place is I didn’t find it sooner. The quality of the food is worth the price paid. They offer freshly brewed tea. It’s a lively environment, mainly business casual attire. We saw people who wore slacks business casual, shorts golf, and women in yoga pants. The pork belly appetizer was flavorful and tender and just delicious. It was served beautifully on top of a bed of pickled cabbage which paired well.  The fingerlings are divine! They are seasoned with rosemary and butter which leaves crispy exterior. The filet is about six ounces and is well worth its weight of a 42 dollar price tag. The fish entree was flaky and prepared exceptionally. The service was exceptional. The team helped one another out and worked fluidly.

We love this place. Me and my wife go here for valentines  . You couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. The food is delicious. There, Filet Mignon is the best I have ever had. My wife liked it so much when I got it last year that she ordered it this year. Their flourless chocolate cake is also delicious. If you have not been here, go. If the Royal Scam reads this, thank you for making our Valentines Day special.

Very nice upscale place. Don't be put off of the name. Love it. I had the Seafood gumbo, Tuna Tartare, and Chicken Scallopini. Enjoyed it a lot.  Additionally, I had made a reservation online, and my timeline had me there an hour before, and they sat me. Staff was amazing and knowledgeable in wines. The Reisling they list is a dry one, but the waitress said they had a sweet one that wasn't... and it was delicious.  It was well worth the money. I ordered so much because I skipped lunch, and left a little of my entree, only because I was happily full.  This is a great place to meet with friends or older family, or even a date. It's also within feet of decent looking bars, and around the corner from even more things to do at night.

We had a very nice waitress. Mango jalapeño margarita was way to spicy and very small for $14 in my opinion. My tuna tartare didn’t look as advertised and was not marinated whatsoever. The crab cakes are made with dark instead of lump crab meat. That was the most flavorful dish on the table, however. All of our portions were extremely small for the price and nothing was remotely worth the amount of money that we spent.
