I love this place! I have had my hair done by Sandra 3 times now and she is amazing. She is very easy to talk to and has a great personality. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Each time I have come in and wanted some crazy, lengthy thing done and she was all for it. I really like it when people show enthusiasm for what you want done. So keep up the good work and I already have my next appointment with her.

Emma is great!  You would think she has been doing hair and nails for years.  The color is perfect every time and she helps me try a new style.  I enjoy the salon experience she provides in a beautiful setting.  The facility is first class and I feel welcome.  

You are stepping into an experience that doesn't feel like a college.  Instead, staff make sure services provided are well done, but they don't hover.

I started going to the Salon Professional Academy after being referred by a family member who also loves going there. They are so attentive and caring during your appointment and really make you feel welcome. I have had my hair cut twice now by Daryn, and I have been so happy with the results each time. Very professional and talented!  Thank you so much!

The reason that I did not give 5 stars is for lack of ambience, tranquility that is usually part of a facial experience.  I do understand that this is a training facility and and not a fancy salon, but having a large room does take away from the treatment.  This is no reflection on the students, only the room.
I have had facials from 4 of the students at the academy.  All were very professional and did good jobs.
I appreciate being told what the creams are that are being used, how they work etc..  All the students have been personable and friendly.

Emma did an amazing job at cutting and highlighting my hair. I’m always a bit nervous to get my hair done, but I am so happy with the final result! Will definitely be coming back for another appointment in the future.
