The Scotsman Bistro has wonderful wine, beer, spirits, and food in Mukilteo! We're happy to serve lunch and dinner as a top Mukilteo restaurant. This is one of my favorite restaurants for a date night with the wife. It's a cozy little bistro with a wide selection of Scotch and wines. The food here is excellent, and there is live music on the weekends. It is a popular spot and can get crowded, so reservations are advised during peak hours. My only negative about the service is the wait times. It can often take a long time to get your food,  though it is worth the wait. I recommend one of their Boeing themed Scotch flights, or if you're feeling adventurous, for a couple bucks more you can have the owner, George, create a custom Scotch selection for you! If you've never done a Scotch flight before, let them know and George will teach you about drinking Scotch the "right" way. 😁

My fiancé and I had lunch here. It was amazing food!! First time we tried haggis and it was delicious!  George is a wonderful host/owner. He taught us the proper way to drink scotch. We can't wait to go back and try the dinner menu. I highly recommend this fine bistro.

Work lunch, so no drinking, but menu offerings looked great. I ordered the BBQ pork and my boss had the Chicken Stilti(?) salad. Perfect lunch serving size, quick service and very flavorful. We both felt satisfied until the bill came; then we were ecstatic. 2  great meals for $16.55! Give them a try.

I always love George's (the Scotsman from Scotland) recommendations for Scotch, and if you don't know what you are doing, that's okay, just ask George the correct way to taste. The bacon wrapped dates are amazing. My favorite slider is the home made jabanero slider. (It's not that spicy.) And if you have 25 minutes to wait, you can try a baked Scotch Egg, which is the only place I've ever heard of one, and it is delicious if you love eggs and sausage. Great place for wine and Scotch!
