So happy that we called Scott Benson and team for an appraisal. Michelle Champagne was our agent and she was amazing. From the moment she stepped into our home she put us at ease. She was warm and friendly, but at the same time very professional. She went to work right away, bringing just the right kind of buyers, and amazingly in less than 36 hrs she had our home sold for the full asking price. The whole process felt quick and painless, with very little disruption to our lives. I can't say enough about how grateful I am that Michelle walked through our door that first day. I have no hesitation in recommending  Michelle to anyone who is thinking of selling their home.

It was a pleasure to work with Scott during the sale of my mother's home. Such a difficult and stress filled decision for my mom to sell her home of more than 50 years. His compassionate manner made the process
