The energy is great at this place!   Lots of amazing very skilled trainers, it seems like they are innovative in their approach.  I'm there in the morning and it seems to have every age group being motivated and adapting at their level.  I'm quite a bit older than a 20 something and its a place that you feel comfortable if your training for a triathlon or just learning how to balance on one foot.  I like this place, you pull up, walk in and get to business.

What a fine addition to Western Springs! Clean and modern personal training facility with highly certified trainers for all levels of fitness. Jason has done a wonderful job of renovating the space. An awesome trainer that keeps you accountable for your goals.

Personal training with The Set has been by far my best training experience. The trainers work at your level to gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have noticed a significant difference in my ability to run, weight lift, and my balance. Trainers do a great job keeping me motivated. The gym is extremely clean and impeccable. I highly recommend training with The Set!

Great new fitness facility in the western suburbs!  The personal training is excellent, and is tailored to each individual based on their needs and ability.
The gym is extremely clean, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout!

I've been coming here since its opening and I highly recommend SET.  Personalized training has helped me  and my husband meet our strength goals.   The trainers have extensive fitness knowledge and background which allows for a challenging experience every time we are there.
