Important Notice for dropping off items:

We are happy to embroidery or decorate your items for you. but we can NOT be responsible for accidental damage to these items. Embroidery and sewing machines, heat presses, and printing machines can be very fickle. RARELY but occasionally accidents do happen that are out of our control.


PREPAY: All services are paid for in advance unless we agree otherwise. Some items we do offer payments or ask for nonrefundable deposits.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our work there are NO REFUNDS this includes deposits for baby bedding, memory blankets, and other higher priced creations.
In a VERY special circumstance we may issue a credit for future services.
