I had such a great experience with The Shade Store.  I worked with Liz Irwin who is excellent at her job.  Her level of patience was extraordinary and she helped me through every step of the way.  I had about 30 windows to pick treatments for and she was very helpful.  If I found a swatch that I liked better, she didn't hesitate to agree (whereas some designs would be offended if you didn't like their choice).  Having a young child at home makes it hard to spend time in the showroom and we did most of our communication via e-mail.  She even mailed me boxes of swatches to my house.  Never once did I feel pressured by her.  The installation team they recommend was top notch as well.  Overall a great experience!
