Can I give this studio 6 stars - it's fabulous! Im visiting Park City and practiced in Sheri's flow class two days in a row. She is an outstanding teacher and makes yoga fun!! The space is awe-inspiring and has beautiful art throughout. Beautiful experience ✨🙏🏼✨

Went to David Belz all levels Vinyasa class on Tuesday and loved the class. David is a wonderful instructor who is very in tune with each member of his class. He is one of those people that remembers your name as soon as you tell him and kindly monitors each yogi he is instructing. Great studio space, can't wait to go back for another class!

Was skeptical because of the review below, but decided to go anyways because it is SO close to the mountain and our condo. Went for the Level 1/2 class with Mary and I loved it! Physically, very demanding for a couple of positions, but felt great. And there was more of the yogic spirituality included than I am used to with my studio back home... more than just the obligatory "namaste" at the end. The space was also charming - is it a converted auto shop, hence the name? Anywho, it was beautiful and open. I recommend it highly based on my one visit!

Instructor Tiffany was very rude and made me never want to go back.  Apparently, she is like this to many girls the first time she meets them. Not looking for an insecure teacher. Yoga should be a safe place. Will never go back here.

You cannot beat yoga classes at The Shop.  the teachers, especially Tiffany are extremely good at explaining the important components of the poses being taught.  The person who wrote the negative review must have been having a bad day as I have had many of the best experiences here and couldnt imagine Tiffany ever being rude   Tiffany has helped me improve my strength and has taughtme much about yoga I didnt know.  I am thankful for the class and feel lucky to have these classes just up the street from my house.  I recommend her level 1-2 class to anyone whether beginner or above.   I just took a friend last week for the first time and they loved Tiffany and the class.
