I was impressed with how good my falafel bowl was! Pickup process was easy, the food was tasty. It’s a little on the expensive side, but I wouldn’t mind coming back once in awhile.
VIOLATION OF HEALTH CODE Absolutely inedible. Horrendous customer service. Will never return. I ordered a falafel pita wrap which I received terrible customer service while doing. The server was impatient, rude and violated health code. When I finally got the wrap there was a long black hair in my food. Repulsive. I contacted customer service for a refund and never received an answer. Save yourself the waste of time and money and do not EVER come here.
I found the price to be unexpectedly high when an additional topping was added. I may have missed a sign that listed each add on price? That is not why I'm leaving 4 stars though. I'm only leaving 4 stars because the staff members that helped me were not friendly or knowledgeable. They had blank stares when I asked questions and didn't seem to have tasted most of the ingredients to help navigate which items to pick. Since I had never been there before I was looking for some insight as to what certain things tasted like or would go well together. They didn't smile and I got the general impression of annoyance at all 5 questions I asked. I understand it's hard to help someone pick out food they may like since everyone has different preferences. I was just disappointed about how they handled the interaction.
They have Greek version of Chipotle bowls. Great options for keto with salad bowl. Enjoyed the chicken and gyro, but steak was a little tough. All of the sauces were flavorful. Overall good experience, expect to be back.
Food taste great but portions are terrible. 41$ for 3 bowls on top of that. Gave me less than a full scoop of rice and when asked to put potatoes I was given 3 minuscule slices
Order 2 gyro sandwiches last night. Drive from Erie to pick them up. Ordered tahtziki on the side for both. Upon arrival at home in Erie, no sauce on sandwiches or on the side. I then called the restaurant. I was told by the manager that she gave me the sides and I should double check. I told her I did and wouldn't be calling if they were there, I would be enjoying my dinner. She hung up and wouldn't answer. Won't be going back. Too bad, food was good and would have been great with tahtziki.
Over the last year, the portions of the bowls have gotten consistently smaller. When I asked for 1/2 beans 1/2 potatoes, I literally got TWO green beans and three small slices of potato. I had to pay extra for double that…. It would be a great healthy lunch, but the cost of a bowl that is primarily rice and veggies I’m not a big fan of their chicken is absurd. They could be successful if the owner wasn’t sulky and there were reasonable portions. Hoping a competitor can make this great concept a workable reality.
Taking into consideration it's fast food, not too bad. It's a bit more pricey than a burger and fries elsewhere, so you should really be in the mood for a gyro, or a specific Greek food, which is rare enough 'round here. If your kids want familiar pizza, subs, or burgers, I'd give it a pass. Nice to have another choice, but four stars would be a bit too generous, esp. compared to real family-owned gyro places back home ;
Ive had a decent amount of Greek food over the years in many different states. This is definitely my second favorite of all of them, second only to a tiny and very expensive restaurant in southern California which is a very high bar to meet. This place is SSSOOOO good. Fresh and perfectly balanced food that's actually heart healthy. I'll be going here a lot.
Good variety of protein choices for pita or bowl. Toppings were fresh, sauces were good.
