Calm, clear, and concise.  That is how I would describe my experience with The Smith Firm, P.C.  David Smith breaks down your legal concerns, offers workable scenarios and helps guide you through the matter at hand.  I received great insight into my legal situation and was given good direction as to how to solve the matter moving forward. Legal matters are never pleasant, but David and his team made it far less stressful and definitely manageable.

Dave has been my business lawyer for over 9 years, I have referred him to all my family and friends and I would highly recommend him. What I really like about his practice is the fact that he is extremely honest and fair. Over the years I have never felt like I was ever over charged or had that awful feeling of hesitation when you call a lawyer knowing that every breath you take costs money. His advice for myself and my family business has always been spot on. I met Dave at Rotary, I did not know him from Adam then, so before I hired him the first time I asked him if I could tag along on a case he defended in the builder board on my day off, his confidence and ability to find the truth puts Matlock to shame, after seeing him in action I felt comfortable having him as my lawyer for life.
