I love this restaurant. They make flavorful fresh cuisine with innovative combinations to appeal to a range of foodies. The facility is clean and well staffed. With Charming decorations completing the local, downtown ambiance. 
The only reason I don't give five stars is because they still have yet to accept credit/debit cards-- even at the request of their customers. Granted, the food is still worth it. 
Lastly, no exaggeration, their house raspberry vinaigrette is the best vinaigrette I have ever had! Wonderful balance of savory, tart, and sweet. I wish they sold it by the bottle.

Wow ! Stop it right there, this place needs a spotlight the manager is so much full of life (very few people out there with that zeal), great beer collection, very friendly staff and the food is simply the best. Highly recommended. I’m sorry for the other local guides who had a bad experience or something holding you back. Common giving a one star doesn’t make you a star. Ignore them and hope for the best. I had great service loved everything about this place. Reminder - Carry cash no cards accepted. Will visit again. Kudos from Salt Lake City.

Amazing restaurant! We were driving through on our way home to Seattle after a vacation. Chose a random restaurant on a whim and dang was it a great choice! The food was good, especially the sauce. Best part was the happy hour, I think it was like $2 beers and $3 wine. You really can't beat that!

Snakebite does lots of things very well.   Friendly, fun, attentive staff, great selection of dishes, great house salad to compliment every dish, fries baskets,  and where they are definitely superior to all restaurants in SE Idaho;  their regional beer selection is fresh, robust, always rotating, and interesting.  The only complaint I have for them is the additional charge for fry sauce;  Such a petty thing for a classy restaurant.

I usually only write reviews for places I enjoy, but this place really needs some work for the level of quality and professionalism they advertise. While the atmosphere is good, the place is small and feels crowded. The service seems decent enough at first, but when your food arrives there is always something forgotten whether it's a substitution on your burger or whole sides and other items (I've been with my family at least 5 times and it happened every time without fail). Not to mention they're understaffed and it takes forever for them to even get your food out to you. I'm not expecting anything super quick since this is supposed to be a fine dining experience, but come on. And finally once you do have all of your food made properly and in front of you, you come to find that it isn't even all that great. It is mediocre at best and certainly not worth what your bill tells you. The only satisfaction you will get from this place is leaving and knowing you'll never have to go back. I wish I had done just that after the first disappointment.
