Loved it. Ben L is the greatest. He fixed my reservation since the hotel site I used messed it all up. He gave me a room and it had some issues and once again he came to the rescue and got me a room quickly.
The Ivory Grill  had a delicious breakfast for a great price and huge amount of food and a great staff.
I walked the hotel to check it out and it is a beautiful hotel.
Went to The Oak Room where we had great experience; Corren and Sabrina were both awesome. Hand picked a couple drinks that we so good.
They we're remodeling some of the rooms and the workers that we're doing the work were super nice too 
Didn't have time to experience the Spa but will be next time I am guest there.
Back to Ben, he is super sweet and told us where to go for things to do.
He helped us out with every thing he could.
This morning when checkout came the girl down at the desk all I got was A.  Long from the invoice she very rude and wouldn't acknowledge anyone except the girl standing next to her. She seemed bothered by us asking for the invoice at checkout. But this will not keep me from coming back.
Which the hotel can Thank Been L for that along with Corren and Sabrina and then hostess and Waitress on Saturday morning 3-10 in Ivory Grill.  All great people expect for that Sunday morning desk clerk.
I want to Thank Been and rest of the wonderful staff for a great experience and we will see you all again soon! 
All in all it was a great time and a great place to stay at.

Rooms are a bit small, but still a very nice place to stay. Staff is over the top outstanding!! They have been very courteous and helpful! The service is what I expect, and Hotel Bothwell has delivered!

We actually didn't get a chance to enjoy the spa. We just rented a room for my grandmother's 70th birthday party. Very nice!!!

I went in to purchase a gift certificate for a pedicure for my mom's birthday.  The spa looked beautiful and the person who helped me was very nice.  I inquired about if my mom needed to call to make an appointment or if she could just walk in to get her pedicure.  The lady said it would probably be a good idea to call to make an appointment to make sure there was someone there to provide the service on the day and time she wanted it done.  My mom called to make an appointment for Saturday (two days after purchasing the certificate) and was told they didn't actually have a person to provide that service on staff at the time and as a courtesy they could extend the expiration date of the gift certificate from 6 months to one year.  Who sells gift certificates for services they don't have the specialized staffing to provide?!?  One would think this would have came up more than once during my interaction while buying the gift certificate.  I'm just glad it was my mom I bought this present for and not someone else because I was embarrassed that the gift certificate I just purchased was not able to be immediately used.  You may have the most pleasant staff members but if you list services on your website and sell gift certificates for services you are not able to provide that's terrible customer service.  They gladly refunded my money but I will not ever be spending money there again.

My husband's appointment was at 1 it's now almost three o clock and he's still not out...they said they had to explain the therapeutic massage...uh yeah. Won't be back
