Good luck to anyone who takes a chance on this guy. Who knows. Maybe I'm wrong? Give it a shot. I did, and I regret it to this day. Therapist says the same, girlfriend says the same. Who knows.

Mr. Spagnola helped me out with a suit that was filed against me by my ex. Long story short, up to this point I had dealt with two different law firms and Sam did a better job with my case. Dealing with Mr. Spagnola was the first time I've felt like I got a good value from any law firm. He is professional and knowledgeable with a great personality and confidence. Mr. Spagnola will be my first choice for legal representation from now on.

Sam Spagnola did both my divorce and custody. Not only did I get the items that I wanted in my divorce but I also got the custody arrangements that worked great for my kids, my ex-spouse and me. 

Mr Spagnola does not play around when it comes to your needs, he will lay it out on the line and tell you like it is. It may not be the answer you like, but at least he tells you the truth. I appreciate an attorney like that! He spends your money where it is needed and doesn't waste it. If I ever need to come to him again, I would. And I would recommend him, not only to my friends but to my family as well. He is a good man and very understanding.

After fighting out of court with my ex wife for over a year, Mr. Spagnola was able to advise me and negotiate split custody of my kids. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed of the process of the impending hearings. He also was very effective in my Equitable Distribution case. He never offered false hope, but was forthcoming with what outcomes I might expect. If it wasn't for effective negotiations with the other counsel, I would have ended up paying more in fees for preparations and court hearings.

Mr. Spagnola represented me with my divorce in April 2014.  He always took the time to explain the child custody and divorce process in a calm/confident and professional manner.   I was very impressed with his office assistant and they both were very knowledgeable when I contacted them. I would definitely recommend Mr. Spagnola to anyone who is in need of his services.
