The first time I went in i was super impressed with the store. Absolutely loved it. They made me a hot tea and I was so grateful since I was having some horrible allergies that day. The next day I went in again to get some hot tea and was told they do not do that there by a male employee. When I repeatedly stated it had been done for me the day before. He said the tea is made in another country not in store and if I wanted to I could take it home and make it myself. I haven't been treated so rudely by an employee of a store in quite some time. The store itself is great but I was super disappointed to be told repeatedly it was impossible for them to make me hot tea. I ended up walking out empty handed and definitely disappointed. I may or may not be back. Haven't decided yet.

Great loose leaf tea and spice shop! Associates were very knowledgeable of all their products and super helpful with any questions I had. Most definitely my new favorite loose leaf tea shop!

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy. Her knowledge of spices was contagious and she had a great personality as well. It is a very interesting store and we had such a wonderful experience.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff underneath management /ownership. They have some hard to find spices in the store. Exotic tea collection along with some unique kitchen items. Talk to Jen and she will help you out. Check out the pictures associated with this review.

I visited for the first time yesterday because I love tea and the variety and quality here is fantastic. I tried the Fireside Spice at the Tea Bar and bought a bag. I like being able to smell the teas before buying too, that’s what I did for Victorian Chai and I’m looking forward to it. The customer service here is fantastic too and I didn’t feel like they followed me around trying to upset me either. Will visit again!

This place is fantastic! I visited the shop for the first time today and the woman Cathy who showed me around was so kind and friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I don’t usually sign up for rewards programs but I did here because I know I will be back regularly. Also they have some pretty great bottles/containers too. 5/5 definitely recommend.

This place is great!! If you love tea or craft spices this place is for you! They have so many options and the price is not bad. They have a huge selection and you can smell every slice or tea before you buy. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. I will definitely be spending a lot more money here.

Just purchased a couple of teas on yesterday. Beautiful shop. Spiced Chai and super berry Trifecta. I live about 2 hrs away and couldn't wait to get home for a cup. Brewed the Spiced Chai as directed and this was the weakest flavored tea ever. I was hoping that because  it was a bit expensive, that it would be a treat. Well.. back to making my home teas. I gave 2 stars because I haven't tried the other tea as of yet. So disappointed!!!

Always love going to these places. I visit a new one every time I find one because they are all different as they are independently owned from one another. They are always a 5 either way.

One of my favorite tea shops, and in a great location, i love being able to go here right before/after going to a bookstore that is so conveniently located near the tea shop.
