Oldest Protestant church in Portage Co WI. We support full participation in the UMC of people who are LGBTQ.
We are a reconciling congregation. Small in membership but big in heart and service, we place a high value on acceptance of all persons regardless of politics, race, ethnicity, ability, personal resources, income, and sexual identity and orientation. We believe in mission with the community and the world. The Springs sanctuary is a truly beautiful and meditative worship space.

The Springs United Methodist Church publicly affirms a commitment to spiritual diversity and individual integrity, believing that our faith compels us to be in intentional ministry to, with and for all people, including those who have not always been accepted because of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual/affectional identity, age, physical abilities/qualities, social/economic status, family make-up, or religious background. In addition, we support the full inclusion of all these persons in the United Methodist Church.
