Popular diet plans don't work for everybody, and a lot of the people they DO work for, eventually end up back on the plus side of the scale because they've only been taught how to count point systems, deceived into thinking one macronutrient or another is the sole cause of weight gain, or that starving their bodies is the only way to lose weight. EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT...... Every BODY is different. Every BODY requires a different formula of nutrients to function optimally. Age, current weight, lifestyle and activity levels all have to be considered when someone desires a change in body composition. The Steel Room is a place where everyone can change their lives. They have developed the perfect formula that we all need to learn and follow. To learn how to properly combine my nutrition with exercise and at the same time get stronger, healthier, lose weight, defeat diabetes, YES I said defeat diabetes. They have provided the tools for anyone to learn, to get results and my goodness the support I have received from everyone is beautiful and overwhelming with love, true unconditional love. The Steel Room is family, is friends, is LIFE and most is ME alive again. If you are looking for a change in your life and you are ready to love yourself again come check it out, I guarantee you will never regret taking that step. I did and is the best thing that has come into my life in along time.

Love this place! We save time by letting them do our meal prep for the week! Really good quality food! We can tell they use better quality ingredients than their competitors. Highly recommend!! Thanks!!

After many years of avoiding the inside of a gym, much less exercise, I have fallen in love with working out! It is hard, it is not always pretty, but the way I feel after a class is phenomenal! If you have limitations due to health issues they always provide modifications, and if you need to up your game they will give you ways to make it harder. If you are looking for big classes where no one knows you or cares if you are there, this is NOT the place for you. The food is available to order hot daily or to pick up in the coolers as a grab-n-go meal, it is healthy, taste great, and can save you from making bad choices when life gets in the way. If you are thinking of joining a gym I challenge you to try one class, you won't regret it!

When you step into The Steel Room, you will find the motivation, encouragement, and support that you need to build strength from the inside out. Besides the incredible workouts from the genius coaches, there is a phenomenal restaurant serving delicious, healthy meals--even for those on the go. While there is NO MAGIC PILL for weight loss and strength-building, The Steel Room has discovered the formula for sustained success. I am grateful that my path led me to The Steel Room because my life is forever-changed!! #myhappyplace

So the food is really good but be prepared to be surrounded by really buff people trying to make you join the gym-not even the people making your food-just random people walking by. I just stopped by for a salad on the go. Good food, awkward environment unless you are buff and sweaty. They have another location in the Foothills Mall, go there if you want to avoid that.
