Cannot recommend Mr. Stidham and his firm enough. I was a 23 year old undergraduate student staring down a felony charge, being a student I barely had enough to hire a lawyer to fight a traffic ticket much less superior court - many of the other firms I reached out to pretty much tuned out the minute they assessed my life situation not even bothering to hear about my case. From the moment I got in contact with Mr. Stidham however I knew everything was going to be okay. Mr. Stidham displayed genuine interest in my case and his fees were beyond reasonable, despite him not charging as much as these huge firms I can say that not once did I feel as though I had hired a ‘cut rate’ attorney. Mr. Stidham was always happy to answer questions getting back to me within 24 hours if he was out of the office when I called and he always kept me aware of what he was doing and how my money was being spent. Perhaps most importantly, Mr. Stidham got me results. As an undergraduate going into a graduate program next year a felony charge would have been an absolute death blow to my future career. Mr. Stidham was able to get the prosecution to back down and I am happily writing this review with a 100% clean criminal record. If you need help and you feel as though no attorney actually cares about your situation I urge you to give Mr. Stidham a call.

Jacob came to our aid when our previous landlord’s insurance company brought a subrogation case against us and our insurance company decided they didn’t cover this claim. He was very straightforward from the beginning that these kinds of cases can sometimes cost more to litigate than to settle, but was supportive of our decision not to settle. Jacob walked us through the process and kept us appraised as events unfolded. He made his best effort to keep costs contained and gave us his honest opinion every time we needed to make decisions on how to proceed. When we ended up going to court, he thoroughlu prepared us for how things would proceed and did a great job mounting our defense. Even during the tense time we were waiting for a decision, I had every faith that Jacob had presented the best case he could have presented. And luckily, we won. Jacob was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend the Stidham Law Firm.

Jacob Stidham is the best attorney I have ever worked with! His compassion and gentle approach in dealing with me has been perfect for my situation. He is a kind attorney who cares, understands and will fight for you. You will feel like you're talking to a friend when you talk to him. He is honest and does exactly what he says that he will. And fast! His knowledge of the court system stretches beyond any attorney I've ever worked with. Jacob will put your mind at ease, he will fight with everything he has to get the best outcome possible. I would recommend Attorney Jacob Stidham with 10 stars if I could. But since the most I can give him is 5 stars, I'll tell you this - you want to hire Jacob Stidham to work on YOUR case too! I could not be more impressed! Thank you for everything Jacob! You are truly the best!
