This was just a really easy experience. Walked into the office, filled out a few short forms, set up the payment system, got my padlock and I was at the unit within 20 minutes. The code at the gate worked, the overhead door worked smoothly, the unit was clean and the gate opened automatically on the way out. I was anticipating trouble at every step from some previous experiences with a different storage facility, but things went smoothly here.

After researching the possible storage facilities in our area, we were very pleased with the opportunity to meet with a person from The Storage Group.  The individual who my husband met with was very professional, courteous, and helpful.  He felt very good about placing our possessions in a unit with The Storage Group.

Just started renting from The Storage Group at their Farr Rd location. I am very impressed! The office staff made the rental process very easy and answered any questions that I had. When I got to my unit, it was incredibly clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend The Storage Group to anyone looking for storage solutions.

Easy to navigate website and easy to reserve a unit. Had a mishap with my reservation and they went above the call of duty and made sure I had a unit and it was even closer to my house. Super friendly staff and a pleasure to do business with.

I'm moving to Michigan from Arizona so I'm not overly familiar with the area. Chad took the time to explain the different locations they have that offer climate controlled storage. I really appreciated that he took the time to provide me with options and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was very friendly, professional, and of course, helpful! I'd definitely recommend The Storage Group!
