You get what you pay for! Do not be fooled by the cheap price - you might as well just store your stuff in your backyard. We stored half of our house in a unit at the facility and left it for 3 months. In that time, a raccoon (or other rodent) used our $600 mattresses as a bed and toilet. They were ruined! The owner claims no responsibility and will not even refund partial rent. His only response was "you should have got the insurance" which we were not aware existed. Buyer beware!
Edited (4/5): Owner ended up giving a partial refund to help cover the cost of the mattresses - changed the rating to 3 stars.

My unit flooded and ruined my furniture. I'm not a happy person right now. Hopefully they will make it right
