Location is great. Room was small and awkward, room 601. There was a desk blocking access to the drawstring for the blind... so I literally had to crawl on the desk to lower them. Stain on bathroom wall. Bathroom fan didn't work so light kept flickering when the room filled with steam. This a 2 star rated hotel. For the same cost I will go to the Omni next time, 4 star hotel.

Work presentation hosted in a first floor conference room. Food from Heirloom restaurant was on point: earthy New England clam chowder, NY strip, and potted cheesecake with gelato. Photography from Yale University students decorates the halls.

Attended for a training event for work. Lovely location, nice space for training, delicious Illy coffee provided all day. Loved it!

Great hotel. Nice rooms with good working space and comfortable beds. However, room service and restaurant has an odd menu. Rooms are also quite expensive. Great location close to Yale and good restaurants. Would stay here again

Spacious room with a view, great amenities. The restaurant downstairs has great food and service.
