Very disappointed in The Sundance. ... we waited an hour for our food and it was okay but not great. So disappointing as it could be so much more....our server was very nice and attentive.  I think we came in on an off day because it did not live up to these reviews and photos. Patio was dirty not to mention two huge spider webs next to our table :(

I hate giving bad reviews....but I hope this will help make it a better place.  ;)

The Villa has been replaced by The Sundance.  In a soft opening with a limited menu at the moment.  Wonderful setting, a must to try.

Excellent Service. Excellent Staff. The waiter remembered me and my order that I made a year ago. Nothing says awesome like that!

Doors may be open, but not every item on the menu is available. It didn't feel like a business that would be open long.

Decent food and a good atmosphere but it is far overpriced. The menu could also use some more basic, less fancy foods
