Story

We are a restaurant dedicated to the best quality food we can serve. we regularly have an all you can eat buffet. Our Motel Suites have been completely refurbished and are conveniently located in the middle of many area attractions. Rustic camping is available for campers of all sizes and tents. There is currently no water - electric for camper hookup. We also offer Premium Ethanol free gasoline.

The cabin is BEAUTIFUL, spacious and not far from Munising, but really needs a larger water heater. Only one of us could get a warm shower and the rest of us had cold water until the next day. Not sure if it's shared with the restaurant, but a cabin that sleeps 10 should have a more suitable water heater. The staff were super friendly though and tried to help as much as they could.

The fish fry was excellent, the Bloody Mary was the best I've had in a very long time. Salad bar could be improve. Only iceberg lettuce. Mixed greens would have been nice.

 Don't know what the previous reviewer had that said portions were small. The regular menu items that I saw coming out of the kitchen were huge. Well worth the drive from Munising.

Stopped in there to use the restroom but had to eat something as well. Meals aren't very varied, but they do offer a salad bar and delicious sandwiches. Their fries are crispy and seasoned well, while their reuben was incredibly delicious. A quaint little place that I absolutely will be stopping by again if I'm up that way.

The motel is not clean. When we got here, there was dirt and food under the beds. The towels seemed as if they just dried them and re folded. There was no soap in the shower. A very small bottle of shampoo and a used bottle of body lotion on the sink. The AC kept making sounds all night.  The sheets on the beds smelled very bad as if they just re used them after the last guest and didn't wash them.  Luckily we had our own stuff.

The wait staff is great! I go there for breakfast and end up skipping lunch! The portions fill my big appetite! I make sure to eat there twice a month at least.
