Super cute and trendy place. Right next to The Firkin.. but make no mistake The Tavern came before the The Firkin  (bartender angrily told me when I asked) haven't had food here (heard it's expensive) but the decor and bar itself is just reason enough to visit. Definitely one of my favorite places to go!  You won't be disappointed!

Ken Wright by the glass?  Really. I thought Sea Smoke by the glass was impressive.  Obviously a Wine Spectator award winner hands down.  Best wine list on Lake County easy.  Chicago possibly.

A great place to grab drinks and a great place to grab a steak if your feeling fancy. The lounge is a super relaxed sitting area with fine dining up stairs.

The atmosphere is really cool and eclectic. The food left me less impressed though. We split some appetizers that were OK, but the fettuccine tasted really bland. For the expense, I thought it would be better. Cocktails were good though and the wine list was huge. I'd return to the bar, but eat somewhere else.
