Purchased a white 2014 Maserati 'ghibli" and had it shipped to me. The car arrived on time. However had a broken navigation, broken headrest piece, only one key, not only was vehicle not detailed properly but had orange flakes all over. Had to give it a very expensive acid bath to remove.     Can list many more things as far as cosmetics and or customer service from this company. Vehicle was purchased roughly March of last year. Wrote them a email few months back to hopefully get key that was promised, no response. Wanted to avoid leaving negative feedback, as it takes my valuable time. I WOULD NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. SO MANY REPUTABLE DEALERSHIPS THAT WILL MAKE SURE YOUR USED CAR IS AT LEAST DETAILED.

My husband purchased a car on Thursday October 26th and when it was delivered there was already a broken bumper clip. Notification was made to Remy immediately and she authorized having the car fixed locally. However, when the bill was due she refused. Multiple other issues with the car including electrical issues, cameras were not working, and now the vehicle needs to be towed to be repaired. Multiple attempts have been made to seek resolution and Remy remains unprofessional, dishonest and fraudulent. Remy claims that she had driven the car herself and there were no issues therefore the mechanical / physical problems with the car were fabricated. Less than two weeks the vehicle has been in the body shop for repairs and the car is now inoperative with no resolution from Taverna Collection at all.

I am working in Florida and was looking for a new car. I saw a listing at this dealer for a 2004 Jaguar XJR. I was excited because this XJR is rare. Also was glad to see that the photos in the listing matched the vehicle's actual appearance when I arrived. I test drove, everything was A okay! Clean car fax, good deal! Great dealer! Check in with Ms. Reny, the owner she is very sweet, friendly, honest, and fair! I really love my car!!!! She has more awesome cars the Taverna Collection is one of a kind please put the address in your GPS and make it a first priority stop if you are looking for good cars, and great deals!!! Thank God!!!!! God Bless!!!!!!!!!!
