First of all, the ad says they offer a payment plan. They made it clear money first. So I gave them all I had $5000. The serving was done and after that it was just email correspondence etc. A court date was set, then for some reason cancelled. Then I was told that happens sometimes. Of course, a charge to set it up and a charge because it was cancelled and so on. Before I know it, my $5000 was gone. Then I get emails stating you need to pay more on a retainer or we will withdraw from your case. I did not feel there was any sympathy for what I was going through. Robin made it sound like she went through this herself so I figured she understands. That was before I hired her and it seemed like it all changed once she had the cash and she could use it however she wanted. 
I paid the balance of $660 I believe and I had to put the case on hold. I did not have more money to continue. Then in November, we get a notice from the bailiff, so I email the bailiff that I need more time and I might start looking for another attorney. That email gets sent to Robin and the next thing I know, I get another bill for $60. Now I have gotten two emails from them saying they are going to withdraw from my case. The other one says I am costing them too much money and they are drawing up a Motion of Withdrawal. I believe that is another fancy word for charging me more money. I just can’t believe how money hungry she is. She is not compassionate in any shape or form. This is so very sad that they take advantage of a sad situation and make it worse.

Robin Zegen did a wonderful job.  Going through a divorce is very taxing and she did everything within her power to expedite the process and gave me realistic, down to earth advice as well.  I couldn't be happier with her!

ROBIN ZEGEN. Very rude and condicending attitude. WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL. I do not recommend her.

Robin was kind, compassionate, and worked hard for me throughout my lengthy and difficult divorce. She is extremely knowledgeable and always professional! I recommend her to everyone!

I just would like to say that Ms. Zegen has been the best attorney I have had this far. She was efficient, her staff was so kind Bianca treated me like family and Adriana kept me updated on the facts of my case. Thank you y'all for getting this matter settled in such a professional manner.
