I really love how some of these reviews say the projector wasn't "working" and it just so happened to be a coincidence. I've worked in the industry before and projector problems actually happen a lot more often than people think. It's nothing that anyone can foresee. About 99.9% of employees want all the movies to run smoothly rather than deal with irate customers. Sarah and the entire management team did a great job keeping cool and dealing with upset people today, myself included. The staff also did a great job at doing everything they could to keep people happy. All the employees handled everything in a great and professional manner. Even though my movie didn't work today, I will 100% be back just to give this theater some love. Great job!

Coolest theatre I've experienced by far. The seats are spacious, and equipped with a service button to make orders. You don't have to miss any parts of the show to wait in a line. They bring your order right to you!! You'll have to visit to see what they serve. I won't spoil it 😉 better to experience it yourself!!

I've been to this theater probably 4 times now and last weeks visit was my last straw. To say they were understaffed this particular night is an understatement and I can't be mad at the one staff that was hustling in a completely packed theater. When no one came by to take my order for popcorn and a drink by the time the movie started, I tried going and ordering from the bar, only to be told I would have to wait and order from my seat. It was such a distraction as the movie started when someone finally came around and then throughout the movie I kept getting items delivered to me that I never ordered. 
My previous visits have been just mehh. The food isn't that great and the seats not all that comfortable. 
Broad Theater is much better in my opinion. Great service, great food, and   you can enjoy your movie without all the disruption of people constantly moving around.

I understand the concept of the order in movie theater. I've been to many similar. They just need to figure out a better system. The staff walked through the entire movie, taking and delivering orders. I could hear them laughing and talking in the hallway during parts of the movie. At the end of the day, the manager was very pleasant with handling my complaints.

Great theater (owned by Regal so you can use your Regal card).  You can order food and alcohol from your seat with delivery to your seat.  How cool is that?!?!  I tried some gourmet popcorn which was awesome.  They had burgers, fries, all sorts of stuff on the menu.
