Story

The Thirsty Turtle is Downtown Macon's newest Bar and Music Venue located right on Cherry Street in the heart of Downtown. Along with live music we also offer activities such as darts and pool. We encourage everyone to come out to The Thirsty Turtle and enjoy themselves!

Bartender was Very sweet. Nice atmosphere. LOVED NO SMOKING! Parking stinks. And the VIP thing is over the top and a waste of seating space. Pretty sure their weren't any celebrities that needed separating from the paparazzi.  $10 cover charge should offer more seating.

Had a blast at the Almost Kings comcert! I like how this place is set up and how you have to go outside to smoke,  I'm a smoker but I don't like being inside somewhere and have it filled with smoke.  Also DJ Ric Flair was awesome,  he has always been a great DJ!!

The bartenders that worked the Night of July 1st. Second room was pretty awesome.  The crowd for the band that performed was pretty non existent but he was still upbeat and had pretty great energy throughout the night. Which at times epically with a low crowd bartenders can get pretty distant if there's not much going on. Could Def use a much more experienced sound guy but either way great times.

Had a blast, great bar staff, great drinks at good prices and awesome music every weekend. Defiantly going back.
