This place is a must visit!
My kids saw this place on the Tanked tv show (which they watch like it's their job) and wanted to visit when we were in AZ for our Christmas vacation. The manager Mike was great with the kids and was so engaging. Who would have thought that a gas station BBQ stand would be one of the high points of our Christmas vacation.

For a 'Gas Station,' this is by far the best. Pretty amazing food, and super friendly staff. The huge fish tank is pretty rad as well, grabbing a bite to eat while watching all of the fish swim around is way more fun than it should be.

Heavenly BBQ, seeing it on TV did not do the justice. The ribs were out of this world.. sweet smoky and little spice. My wife got the brisket stack which was funky, but absolutely delicious. And how could I forget the awesome store inside the BBQ joint? The coolest custom made pieces of art, and gifts and souvenirs! And finally it's pretty cool to have a car wash and detail center as well, lol!! This is the place I will miss the most when we fly home to New Jersey! Two thumbs up!!

I don't come here that often but there is nothing like the best detail in the valley and a great bite to eat.  I usually go to the $3 car wash places and although it does a good job, you can't beat a car wash and detail to make your car look like new again.  Have had several details at places here in Gilbert but The Thumb does it the best.  Every nook and cranny is cleaned.  Brisket for lunch is the best while you wait.  Always tastes the same no matter when you go.  Wish you would open a location in Gilbert.

Met a friend for lunch and the food was delicious!  Not only was the service great but the atmosphere seemed fun and relaxing.  We decided to stay for  a great cup of coffee and delicious dessert while we had our cars washed.  Good visit; great food and a spiffy clean car!  Will be back!
