I paid 200 dollars for a lawyer that did NOT show up the day of the hearing. When I asked for a refund they came up with every excuse and lie of the book. Said he could have been around and could have taken care of that at any point of the day.... I don't understand how they can think people would be as stupid as to believe that. It was just that ONE trial whatever the judge would decide was going to be there and then, and my lawyer was not there. Then when they realized I wasn't buying that they said I should have called the office and ask for my lawyer, since when should I take responsibility for an irresponsible lawyer? That I paid for exactly so I wouldn't have to go, if I had decided not to go and trust fully on this incompetent lawyer and place I would have gotten an arrest warrant for not showing up and if not then I wouldn't have had any defense which was the reason I went to the ticket clinic from the start.

I seriously do not recommend this place, they pretty much flat out got 200 dollars from me for doing nothing.

Legal assistants (especially Nerza) were very attentive and responded to all my emails. Great customer service! Thank you for all your help with clearing my ticket. Will recommend you guys to friends.

My experience with the ticket clinic was great.  I called, they spoke very professional and i followed the instructions that  they gave me.  My ticket was clear and then they send me a letter stating the result.  I would recommend them highly.

Great customer service. They were very responsive even when a mistake was made.  Hopefully I don't need them again but if I do I would absolutely go back.
