The Ticket Clinic is a waste of time. Their money back guarantee is a joke, and just there for show. They have no incentive to handle your case properly. They made a complete mess of my case.

My ticket was about $218, hired the ticket clinic to represent me, and my costs pretty much tripled. After they took my case to court I was ordered to pay $ 443.00 for the ticket within 120 days, and ordered to take a driving class which cost an extra $99, not including the $89 I paid The Ticket Clinic to represent me. Total $631.

The Ticket Clinic’s Customer service rep pretty much told me tough luck, and there are no guarantees. I was better off paying my ticket and accepting the points.

I'd give them zero stars if I could.  Don't waste your money, folks.  You're dealing with a business run by lawyers so a) you can't trust them, b) you can count on being robbed.  I got a speeding ticket on 5/27 which the fine was $118.  I turned it into Ticket Clinic after paying their $89.95 fee, upfront of course, and expected to have it dismissed like it says on their billboards.  On July 1, I receive a letter from Ticket Clinic stating they were unable to have the ticket dismissed, but I would only have to pay $118 in "court costs."  What a sham!  If they were honest about being able to dismiss the tickets they wouldn't take your money until after they provided the service!  Run away folks.  You're better off dealing with the tickets yourself.  I've placed complaints with the FL Attorney General and Better Business Bureau for what it's worth.

People stay away from this place, I gave them a second chance to fight a speeding ticket. I paid them 100 dollars to fight my ticket 2 months later I received a letter saying the case was dismiss but I still had to pay court fees of $268  that's a total of 368 dollars. Keep in mind I had a clean record With No tickets in the Last past 4+ years. I own a business with over 100+ drivers statewide and we will never use the ticket clinic ever again. Wish I could also give cero stars.
