I brought my Casio edifice to get it repaired. I thought my watch was broken, but the gentlemen at the counter assured me it just needed a battery change. They were very honest in what they had to do to get my watch working and they were very polite. I even ended up buying a new watch. Great service guys love your work.

I sent my Baby-G and my husband's G-Shock for service and they did a great job! I'm very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

If you want to pay for a repair and then have them send your package to the wrong address, then this is your place. No attempt to recover or replace my package in a timely manner. They made no serious effort to fix the problem, they just waited it out. Casio should really reconsider endorsing this place as it's West Coast repair shop, because it's makes me want to buy another brand.

Mailed my casio in to have the 110clock place marker reset and glued because it became dislodged. Recived the watch back and the place holder was reset but the stopwatch was clearly out of sync. Payed to fix one problem and (minor as it is) caused another. Now i never use the stop watch but in a watch repair shop with clear lack of attention to detail is ironic if not shady.
