I could be hostile due to the chain of events. When you start feeling some kinda way about the situation. Stop, start over, take a deep breath, think about the goodness of life. And if that don't work. Choose another day or time to get the work you need done at The Tire Depot, they are good at what they do. Patience is the key to peace.

Had my truck towed here after my ball joint broke while driving in the area. Seemed like decent folks but they turned out to be crooks. Charged me $630 for a used part and repair. He also called and said I needed a new tire, and I told him not to worry about the tire bc I have a guy I buy tires from. I later found out the tire is in perfect condition, they were just trying to screw me over and make a sale on a new tire while I wasn't there.

3 days later my ball joint on the other side of the car broke. Had it towed to firestone in Clinton and they charged me $230 for a NEW part and repair. They were appalled when I told me how much this place charged. They said that is "downright criminal".

It makes me sick to think about how much money these guys took from me and my family

Just got my car back after a new Monroe Strut stabilizer bracket broke and consequently ruined my tire. New strut, new tire, no charge ... 5 stars for Tire Depot but Monroe welds should not fail like that.
