This place receives zero stars from me. I made an appointment for my 91 year old grandmother who has bad back arthritis. When we arrived the stylist, Mitsy, was not ready and said it would be a few moments. No problem. Thirty minutes later she was still not ready and was not showing any signs of concern about it either. I asked another employee if she knew how long it would be. She tossed her hands up and said I am not Mitsy so I do not know, Mitsy is over there. Mitsy, paid no attention and continued to talk, previous clients hair was done, they were chatting. When we finally walked out almost 45 minutes later, no one even batted an eye. The woman who I asked about the time, also complained openly that she had only two clients that day, with service like this, is it a wonder why? I generally do not review on things, but this was deserving! Debbie over at Forney Salon Suites #10 did an over the top job and was incredibly kind and caring.

This is so strange. My review is the same as the one on May 21st. I walked in the door and the lady at the 1st chair on the left looked right at me and then completely ignored me. I sat on a bench for about 10 minutes before the person I had an appointment with came out from the back and saw me. No one spoke to me the entire time I was there except for the girl doing my hair. She gave a good color but the haircut was so bad I came home and cried. I said take off an inch and she cut my entire head  to 1 inch  except fhe top which she cut like a "chili bowl". I left looking like Moe from the 3 Stooges. Find another salon and don't stop here!
