I have never had a worse experience trying to travel anywhere than I have with this company. We were supposed to go to Cabo last December but had to cancel because flights kept getting switched which I know was not their fault but then they kept wanting more and more money from us- which I have never had a travel agency do after giving us our total of what we'd need to pay. So we have our vouchers that need to be used by the end of this year now. But EVERY option we try to do gets completely shot down by them. We have attempted to go somewhere else in Mexico with friends and this agency wants to charge us an additional $1,200 compared to what we would pay if we booked the trip ourselves rather than through them. We said absolutely not and decided to do a family trip with the kids to Wisconsin Dells instead. We were told they don't have any affiliation in Wisconsin Dells and they aren't even "in their system" so that would not be an option either. I am so beyond tired of this agency and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would and now it looks like we are going to be out $3,500.
The travel agents are always very friendly and helpful! My husband is handicapped and they are so diligent in making sure that accommodations that he needs are in place for our trips. I like having the assurance that everything is booked correctly and ready!
My mother purchased tickets for me from this travel agency, not only were the incredibly rude to her, but they also clearly didn't do their research on the flights. I researched the flights right after they sent her the itinerary and found way better flights then what they picked for her for the same price they charged her. So now I am stuck with an extremely long layover on the way there when there was a flight with only a 1 hour layover and not enough time on the way back the flight is already boarding before my flight lands. I have heard from other friends who have booked flights through them that they have also screwed up their flights as well. I would NEVER go through them again, as you can do a basically google search and find better deals then they provide. UPDATE: After posting this, the manager reached out to my mother and tried really hard to correct these issues. I was really disappointed with how everything was handled in the beginning, but it seems like the manager isn't just saying that she takes things seriously, but actually does. By her continued efforts to make our experience better, it really changed my opinion of this travel agency, which is why I changed my overall experience from 1 star to 4.
I have never met anyone more rude, right off the bat than Ms. Missy the self claimed expert travel agent. I actually work for a hotel that she helped her customer make a reservation to, and her condescending tone and quick to judge attitude - before she has any idea of what I was trying explain to her, is absurd considering she is in the customer service industry. Please Missy, by all means if it guarantees that I won't have to deal with you again - please feel free to cancel all future reservations.
We were so happy with our services from the Travel Advantage. Amber found us many options for our honeymoon and we were so thankful we had her plan our cruise. I would highly recommend the Travel Advantage.

Excellent, efficient, friendly customer service
For our first family vacation decided to chose a professional to help us book. Two months prior to leaving found on my own research that our seats were no longer the seats told when booked and we have never been told they changed until I brought to their attention. We were told we had upgraded to extra leg room and thought paid for this already. When asked they said the seats changed and our card must have declined. This is not the case as we had checked with the bank to ensure this. After further questioning we are now being told the amount we were quoted and amount we approved to charge to the card to upgraded the seats is unrealistic and they can’t find a paper trail of quoting this amount. It was done in office and we have the receipt showing the total we were quoted and the seats told it would be upgraded to. We now know not to use these services again and are hoping the room upgrades we paid for are done properly.
