I don't know what they do here, but apparently their job description does not include providing friendly, helpful assistance to those wanting to travel! My initial encounter with The Travel Authority was wholly negative. The first person I spoke with on the phone, when I told her that I was interested in visiting Cambodia, said, "Oh, I don't know ANYTHING about that! Let me transfer you!" The second person I spoke with acted exasperated with me when I told her where I wish to travel. "Well, have you done any RESEARCH?" she demanded. "I mean, I can arrange a trip to Paris or Rome, but CAMBODIA??? Well, you'll need to do research; I'm just not sure how I can help you!"  
How you can help me, I wanted to ask? That's your job, isn't it?!
