I have used June at the Travel Experiance for many years, but the service has fallen short.  I went to them to plan our dream Hawaiian vacation for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th wedding Anniversary.  We had booked this trip a year in advance and had made a full payment fot the trip as well as given additional money for the flight. I had even pre-paid for excursions, and water on the ship (cheaper to purchase ahead of time) and put money aside for transfers! Our agent had given us an itinirary with highlighted confirmation numbers on it to use at the airline and hotel as proof of payment.  Although I had to call to as questions regarding booking excursions and transfers, as it had been a year since, I didn't mind doing the leg work to ensure a great trip.  We had better luck dealing with the cruisline directly., The link that the travel agency did not always work.  The worst part was when we got to our hotel in Honolulu, we were told that the hotel was never paid for and we had to pay $1200 to stay !!  We are not wealthy people and that took a HUGE chunk of our spending money!!!  We lost the chance to be able to explore the island and realy enjoy the vacation.  I was very lucky to have prepaid for the excursions, that allowed us to have some enjoyment.  I would have prepaid the hotel in advance if I was told It was not paid.  I will not use them again, even though they sent me a $150 giftcard.  YOU JUST CANT GET THE EXPERIANCE BACK!!

I just came back from my first ever vacation that I booked with the help of the lovely Robin from the Travel Experience and it was AWESOME. The travel experienxw got hs a great deal at an all inclusive resort including air fare and transportation to and from the resort to.the airport. I saved about $700 compared to other friends we made at the resort ! All of the staff at The Trav Experience are super friendly, super kind and knowledgeable and were very patient with all of my questions! i will definitely be booking my future vacations through. them! Thank you Travel Experience !!
