My husband and I hired The Trenchless Co. to handle a water leak coming up between two slabs of concrete in our driveway.  On September 6 a service technician from The Trenchless Co. came and answered all our questions. Out of three estimates that we received, my husband and I decided to go with this company because the price seemed fair, the technician seemed honest, and he answered all our questions regarding the options that we had.The time between receiving the estimate and the work being finished was approximately one week. That time included waiting for the various utility companies to come out and mark the locations of their wiring, cabling, etc.; one day and a half to do the work; and for the city inspector to come out and inspect the work.  We had decided to go with trenchless waterline replacement instead of having spot repair done. The workers had to dig up some of the concrete, a section of grass in our front yard, and a deep hole up front by the house. When finished with the waterline replacement they laid new concrete to repair the starter hole, put our grass back where they dug it up, and replaced the dirt and river rocks that were up by the house. So, all in all we were pleased with the work, and how they left our yard when they were done. I definitely recommend this company and will call them if we need any other plumbing services.

We've used The Trenchless Co. twice. The BEST service, staff, and employees ever. Their efficiency, and costs far surpass any other company we've used in the past 40 years! Thank you The Trenchless Co.!!

I discovered a hot water slab leak the day on Christmas Eve.  I called multiple companies on Monday, The Trenchless Co called, and I explained what was occurring.  My tiles were hot in my bathroom floor, indicating a hot water leak. The plumber that came out was great, but indicated that they need to have a 3rd party leak specialist come out.  The plumber called the dispatcher who called the 3rd party, who didn't answer.  The dispatcher stated that they will call me when 3rd party called them back. I didn't receive a call that afternoon from Trenchless, so I called them in the morning. They told me that the 3rd party had not called them back, and that was the only company they use for leak detection.  

I had to get the leak fix, so I started looking online, and found Bonnie Plumbing.  Bonnie had a leak specialist within their company, and schedule them to help me. Plz see the  Bonnie Plumbing review.

I called and asked for a manager at Trenchless to communicate how unhappy I was about their service.  He was unavailable... so I left a message. 

After the Trenchless plumber validated that I do have a leak on Monday, it was 3 days later to schedule a leak specialist... gallons of water loss, and my tiles were getting hotter.  I was not sure what damage was occurring during that time frame they left me stranded. 

As expected, and right on course with my terrible experience with this company.... He never called me back.  I do not recommend this company, if you decide to go with this company,  be prepared to be left stranded and you also may need to find another company to help you... I recommend Bonnie Plumbing.

These guys are the best. I called them to my house because I had a slab leak. My insurance covered the repair but they were fighting me about the cost of it. They were trying to give me $700 for a $2000+ fix. (I had three other plumbers look at the leak and they all had the around the same estimate but Trenchless was a few hundred below the other bids)
Laird got on the phone with my insurance adjustor and explained to him why $700 would never cover the job and then they fixed the leak. Thank you!

For  starters anyone who said this company was a good company that's a big lie. There establishment is a joke they are very unprofessional they lie and they have people within there company that does drugs I know this from experience and I'm not just saying this it's true. Leanne director of operations haves affairs with married men within the company.The reason of me knowing this becuase i use to janitorial work for them. Its like a high school in there I attended there last company party and there was underage women drinking in there.All they try to to do is sell a job and take your money. Max the owner is a good guy and don't know what his management is doing in there. Max if your reading this you might want to control your management all of them they talk about you behind your back and take advantage of your kindness. Again your a good guy but your management needs training
